Blindfold Yoga. During this 75-minute experience of asana, dance, and breath we will take away your sight and enhance the environment to help you venture into the unknown. You will be provided with a safe place to explore and experience what our world could be like with vulnerability, compassion, patience and love. You senses will be heightened. You will listen, feel and connect in new and exciting ways.
