This dynamic and fluid vinyasa practice aims to stabilize the pelvis and open the hips, churning and pulsating, to stimulate the rise of prana shakti - the divine creative energy of the universe. When through this play on our mat we are able to embrace this feminine energy, we can begin to recognize it in ourselves - embodying the goddess - and witnessing it as all the world around us.
