My vision is that all yoga practitioners develop a deep and intimate connection with themselves and live well. By learning self-awareness and applying yoga's core teachings all can become their best selves with loving relationships, healthy lifestyle choices, and simple wellness.

I'm presently developing and facilitating a hatha yoga program for people recovering from substance abuse problems within residential treatment. By the time the Prairie Love Festival comes around I'll have finished my pilot project and I'll be looking for thoughts and opinions to further improve my delivery.
